In essence, you post a modified resume, listing your past employers. Based on that profile, and the fact others do the same, and then invite their contacts to join, means you can see who has worked or is working at a particular company.

If you wish to contact them, either for a job inquiry, or renew an old working friendship, or for any reason, I would help make that introduction.
You can see who I know! (and I know a lot of people....)

I find it a great tool to approach passive job seekers with new offers, and to keep in touch easily with my past contacts.

The reality of being a recruiter is that I see so many great people, but can help only a few.
