3 mo contract for Financial Services Company in Brampton....
Hp Unix Administration – Primary Duty – approx. 70%

Responsibilities: Trend analysis, forecasting of resources, Disk usage analysis, CPU usage analysis, structure/ layout of the application, Write and present recommendations to management.

Oracle DBA duties – approx 30%

Backup role, on the operations side, not applications side.

Knows the Oracle database layouts, filesystem architecture and layout, able to do backups, and database optimization.

--- MUST have worked in the Canadian Financial industry (insurance, bank, credit).

Rate: Max 55$/hr for incorporated contractor.
